24 July 2017 Someone deal as workcontrator and raised minning bill for the month of June'17 work on 30th June but our principal owner tell & force me that issue the above period bill on GST tenure so please suggest me that can I issue the above bill on gst tenure

24 July 2017 Actually it's not good. But, Your relationship vide both are consider once again in future problems. Bcoz., After some time any assessment from GSTN and any documents found in above work is before its going to penalties.....
