27 December 2012 whether service tax credit available on detention charges?

please provide source from where i could get reference in support of this.

28 December 2012 Dear Munna,

My personal opinion says no CENVAT on detention Charges but you may take the overaggressive step by covering the same in Specific part of the definition as per Rule 2(l) of CCR,2004.
