after completion of articleship you have to submit all details in form-108

maine transfer liya hai abhi aur dusri jagah join kiya hai....to jab meri training complete hogi tab to mujhe form 108 mein keval transfer ke baad ki hi detail deni hogi na...

I think you have also form-108 given by your earlier principal.
