What should be the time gap between date of termination and date of rejoining? Whether the final attempt will postpone because of that time gap?

Except in case of medical reason transfer you can rejoin as early as possible say 1-2 days or even with out delay also if possible.

Yes there is chances for delay of attempt due to timegap,.your date of completion of articles will be extended to the extent of delay you made in rejoining with other CA.SO think about ca exam eligibility after computing date of completion of articles considering delay in re-registration of articles.
