piease guide me who has the authority to prepare articleship deed?
can bank make it?

1)you should get a stamp paper and print the duly filled form 102 on it and sign by both the parties
2)actually back date not possible

no franking will be done if agreement is back dated

and cant execute before to stamp paper date also

however if ur boss agrees u may go ahead,, as generally u dont need to send this to icai

Discourage any such practice of BACKDATING. Is it a RATIFICATION or what?
