11 January 2014 Hi four months back i have submitted my transfer form to Chennai institute after that i didn't get any response from the institute.
1 month back i joined a new firm but they told me to wait till conformation from the institute..Can any one help me what to do for this.Because of this my article will end in 2016 and even my final attempt..its urgent?help out.

assuming that you have taken articleship in first year, you need not worry at all..kindly join at the earliest without waiting to ICAI confirmation...

however, if the transfer is after first year, then kindly contact the chennai office to check upon the status of your termination request..

11 January 2014 You dont need to wait for icai confirmation if u have taken transfer in 1st year of articles

U just have to send form 109 and as and when u joined with other employer ...send form 103.

U dont need to wait one day to send form 103 icai will not object transfer with in a year...

11 January 2014 there is no time limit...but you should do it at the earliest to save your finals attempt.
