As per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship.
As per this, you will be eligible to appear in May 2015 attempt.

Sir Ajay, is 2 and half years of article ship will complete on 12th may 2015,no chance of eligibility for may 2015.

He joined article ship on October, 2012, after completing 30 months i.e. April 2015. There after he will be eligible.

As the time period is completed before the examination in May, 2015 he is eligible and he can appear in the May 2015 examination
