Hi..
My client has increased share capital from 50 lacs to 150 lacs whether any requirement to make AOA and MOA in seperate copy for private limited company...? If yes than what is the reason and any notification is issued than also mentioned...
But generally AOA and MOA printed in combined booklet whether it is required to print seperately for AOA booklet and MOA booklet...?

Hi Jeckey,
Whenever there is amendment in MOA or AOA , they should be altered irrespective of public or pvt. company.You can refer Section 16 and 31 for the same.
In your case, if there is change in Authorised Capital then u have to amend your MOA only.
Whenever you amend the MOA /AOA, you have to altered all the copies of MOA/AOA with you.

are no no no need to make it different,, it will be in one book let,, jus alter the capital clause,,,
