Regarding agricultural income.

I am having gross total income (Excl. Agricultural income) Rs 700000/- and net total income of Rs 172350/- (excl. agricultural income) and agricultural income of 198630/- for a.y 2012-13
Please help me calculating tax and how to calculate agricultural income for rate purposes.
