07 September 2012 i am a distributor of sim card. is there any liablity of service tax in case of selling of recharge voucher of any company ?urgently needed

08 September 2012 Since you are selling a product and in invoice to the consumer/customer you are charging local VAT, it is not a service and therefore, no service tax is applicable
