1, Reverse Charge Mechanism is applicable to Individual who is receiving Works Contract Service from the many other Individuals...?

2, Individual receiver liable to pay Service Tax on the Service Received ?

3, RCM only apply to Body Corporates and Body Corporates means only Company or its include LLP?

2)yes incase of advocate service and gta service received
3)body corporate includes PVTLTD CO.,LTD CO., AND LLP(Yes it includes LLP)

27 January 2016 For 1. Service provider can charge 100%.
2. Certain services Individual Receiver has to pay Such as Legal Services
3.Body Corporates means Company and not LLP

28 January 2016 LLP is body corporate and reverse charge applies.

Mr.kaviraj how can you say LLP is not a body corporate.Kindly refer LLP act which says it is bodycorporate.
