my doubt is at the time of articleship reg. i m not enrolled in any type of graduation or any other courses still i have to submit form 112 or not

At the time of registration to articleship you are not under going any other course then not required to send form 112 at the time of registration to articleship. In case you want to pursue any other course after the registration to articleship then only you have to required to submit form 112 before going to registration of such other course.
