28 November 2009 Some one have filed an Income Tax Return via e-filing without digital signature for the A.Y. 2008-2009 on 31.03.2009. But forgotten to sent the copy to bangalore for Registration. I can sent that now to bangalore.

Plz reply.

28 November 2009 The time has Passed now you have to refiled return and also know that you need to calculate Interest u/s 234A after due date of filling IT Return if applicable and after e-filling you need to send the acknowledgement with in 30 days to banglore with ordinary post only.

28 November 2009 If it is assessment year 2008-09, as I understood from the question,acknowledgement is to filed before the jurisdictional ITO and not to Bangalore.
