Most of my clients , mainly salaried
employees, many times shifting place of employment
asking about status of IT refund for AY 07-08, & and 08-09
nsdl-tin online status are useless having same message for all quirry >>>contact your AO.
where will i get information/status of refund

You should contact the AO where the return was filed.
Alternatively file a RTI for the same. It has proved to be useful many a times.
