Refund unpaid due to incorrect bank details

08 August 2013 please provide me with a solution regarding how to correct bank account details for claiming refund as my refund is unpaid due to submission of wrong details of bank account in the itr filed for the assessment year 2010-11.

08 August 2013 1) In case paper return is filed, please meet the jurisdictional ITO with a petition containing the facts and enclosing therewith a cancelled cheque leaf of the a/c to which refund is to be credited.

2) If return is filed electronically, bank particulars may be updated electronically by log in to the site , go to 'my account', select 'refund reissue request' and proceed.
