Refund or defect or what ?

For AY 2014-15 i sumitted the return in paper form manually to the local income tax office on 28 the march 2016 (BELATED) . The data filled up in return is below:
1)gross tatal income : 223000
2)taxable income = 23000 (223000-200000)
3)tax= 10% of 23000=2300 [ACTUALLY I GORGOT TO APPLY REBATE U/S 87A of Rs 2000]
4)Tax + interest u/s 234A + CESS etc = 2843
TDS deducted from bank deposits= 2868
so, tax payable = NIL and REFUND= 2868-2843= 25 rupees / only
when the above data will be processed by income tax software the autommatically rebate of rs 2000 will be applied AND then approximately about more than Rs. 2400 will be generated as refund . But in my case i can not file revised return(Because Belated) so please actually how much refund will be generated
when above date will be processed through departmental software. Will the sent me any notice u/s 139(9) due to non application of rebate and due to non applicability of self assesment tax tax u/s 140A in my case above stated.kind reply with refund calculation as per above data of the return file by me.( If you have time to do it ) .

10 April 2016 You will not be charged interest U/s 234A as there is TDS of Rs 2868/- which is sufficient to cover your Tax Liability in this case which is Rs 310/- Approx. You will receive a refund of Rs 2500+. You have to wait until your return is processed.
