how to get TDS amount which deduct by govt. in amount of acquirement of agriculture land.

The TDS deduct on aquisition of agricultural land is 10%
The income on aquisition will be come under the head Capital Gain on receipt basis. When you calculate your tax liability as per slab rate, it will be on higher side.
So there will be tax liability after deduction of TDS amount.
you have to pay this amount on or before due date.
