How can I get refund of TDS deducted for professional services during may 2014 to Oct 2015... please explain the procedure for claiming refund..

File the return for the two years and claim refund in the return.

You have to file ITR -4, TDS Will be adjusted to TAX If any, if no tax liability you can claim refund.
