hello everyone.
I jst want to know that how to get refund of tax deducted by bank on intt on fixed deposit as i dnt have any income above limit set for exemption.
and is there any procedure to get form filled online for refund..?
plsss answer me as early as possible..

In case you have income from interest, Salary etc, you can file your Return in Sahaj (ITR-1) and can claim refund . You have to show your Income for the respective Financial Year.

Return of income, as said by Bafna ji, can be filed online ,also ,through www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in

Any other Application for refund is required or not. if yes then in wht form nd if no then how it will be credtd to my account.?

The system to claim refund by filing a particular Form has been done away. Before 20-25 years such a system had prevailed.

Form No 30 is the prescribed form under rule 41 of the Income tax Rules,1962 for 'claim of refund of tax'. But department is not insisting this form because return form has to be filed without any annexures.
In the return form there are columns to fill bank account number, MICR number, mode of payment etc. If mode of payment is selected as 'direct credit to bank account' refund amount will be credited in the given bank account.
