Refund of service tax deposited which was not due

26 April 2014 We have deposited service due to wrong interpretation. Actuly Service tax was not payble on manfacturing but we deposited the service tax.

Please guide us how we can have got refund of this service tax. Where the Trust is Registred under 12 a and Society not registred

27 April 2014 first file s tax refund under form R onile create time → column particulars of the claim row service tax exemption under section 93 (2)
once read this clause which service are exempted and notification having once check
and the n u file u r s tax refund.
