we are paying service tax on outward freight GTAon 75%. 1) can we take input of it. 2) if we are not providing any other service against which credit taken in 1 so can we claim of refund of duty paid on GTA service if yes refer provision.
I m sorry but i m differ from you, We can't take the modvate credit as we are availing the abatement & also the liability to pay the service tax is on the person who pay the freight.
