07 September 2010 Dear Sir,

After obtaining UT-1, whether we can get REFUND of excise duty paid on raw materials and capital goods purchased for manufacture of excisable goods that are been exported?

If yes, when can we make the claim for refund?

11 September 2010 you remove the goods under rebate claim,debit excise duty cenvat account.then you can claim refund claim after shifment.
