Refund of income tax

27 February 2019 sir there was a return filed on 02/07/2018 after that we get an intimation that such return was defective for that we have already filed response against it but the same is under the processing period. the amount of refund is handsome we have already filed a grivience for the same. so what is the alternative procedure for the same. please let me know.
