Refund Not received because of Door Locked

07 June 2016 Dear Sir , My refund of Rs.3,500/- for A.y 2009-10 was returned due to Door was locked . Kindly contact with your Assessing officer, showing on income tax website . I was personnaly given 2 letter to that officer but noting happened ? Kindly suggest, what should I do?
