Sir,
I am a post office commission agent . I am havng Rs.45000/- for A.Y.2017-18. I have filed my return on 01/04/12018, ITR - 2, U/s.142(1).
I wil get the above refiund or not. There is any way to possible to get my refund. Kindly guide me sir.

how did you file under 142(1)? did you receive any formal notice?

You can't file ITR until 142(1) notice issued to you. So wait for notice to file return.

I have received notice U/s139(1) of the income tax act. from Mr.Sushil Kumar IRS (Principal Cheif Commissioner of Income Tax). Regarding Non - furnishing of income tax return for the A.Y.2016-17 And A.Y.2017-18. Now Kindly resolve the issue.

under section 139(1) or 139(9). There is no provision for issue of notice under 139(1)
