PLEASE HELP ME ON THIS

I HAVE FILED ITR OF A.Y.2012-13 ON 28-12-2012

AND I HAVE RESENT ITR-V TO CPC BANGLOR IN APRIL-14 AND SAME IS RECEIVED BY THEM AFER DUE DATE

BUT REFUND IS NOT ISSUED

SO WHAT I SHOULD DO TO AVAIL MY REFUND

16 December 2014 i did call helpline of income tax

they told me to contact local income tax office to check for the same.

my question is that if i can file fresh itr for the same now or not to claim refund for a.y.2012-13

16 December 2014 Asst Year 2012-13 can NOT be filed now, its time limit is over.

16 December 2014 write a request to the concerned CIT. It might direct the concerned ITO to process the same. (This is to be done once you are sure that your return is NOT accepted by CPC)
