Can i revise my return for a y 2012-13,and i have paid refund amount and i discovered the excess refund amount ,can i claim that amount by revising the return,Please Reply.

22 July 2013 you can revised the return any time before 31.03.2014 if you have filled the return on or before due date.

22 July 2013 assessment is scrutiny of return filled by you.

I think you have received intimation u/s143(1) which is not assessment and you can file the revised return.
