07 June 2014 dear sir ,I havnt got the refund which ws claimed in the yr 2011-12...the retns been proceesed bt without refund...please tell me the procedure to claim it...thank you and oblidged....

07 June 2014 you need to contact ur jurisdictional AO and resolve the issue.

08 June 2014 for this you need to file rectification application. if the return was filed online, then kindly file rectification online itself. AO cannot intervene in such matters except for where the appropriate authority is approached under 119(2)

09 June 2014 for getting refund instead of filling rectification petition u directly meet ur jursidictional ao for faster solving of ur problems.

09 June 2014 are you sure Tushar? AO doesn't have a jurisdiction unless the case is transferred to him/her or selected for scrutiny.
