Refund adjusted against arrears of demand ?

04 December 2012 Hello everyone,

there are many clients of mine whose refunds are adjusted against the arrears of demands.

many clients have changed their place of residence so they could not receive the notice for arrears of demands.

Some returns upto ay 2011-12 were filed manually/physically and thereafter electronically.

when i tried to resend intimation under section 143(1) by login into income tax website then message is displayed that "No intimation exists for the said year"

MY question :
since i want to file rectification under section 154 i want intimation u/s. 143(1)for all the years ? How should i get the intimation ?
