for income tax refund to whom we have to contact if its not come after 6months ???
is their any toll free number??

First of all login to your account in income tax efiling website and check status of return filed.if If ITR is processed but refund not received u need to find out why you have not received refund.in this case verify CPC response 143(1) intimation you can findout reason why you have not received refund.
if ITR not yet processed contact your jurisdiction assessing officer to process your return and refund.
