22 June 2009 There are many books available in the market like G.Shekhar and many books are also provided by the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India.

If you are a student then go by the Latest addition of Paduka or if you are a CA then go for either Manual as suggested by the institute or attend practical seminar on different issues covered under this head.

25 June 2009 as every1 has mentioned that there r many bookes but u can opt for G Sekher (Paduka) and for Final u can opt for Prakhar Sharma this is the best book.
