Reduction in repo rate and its effect on the industry

21 January 2015 Sir,

Recently RBI has reduced repo rate by .25 %.....kindly let me know how any company(enjoying c/c and TL facilities)can be benefited from it....Whether rate of interest charged by bank to C/C and TL should be reduced or not ?

21 January 2015 In due course of time, the rates will be reduced. The experts are expecting that after BUDGET 2015, the rates will be lowered, may be from next financial year.

21 January 2015 Sir,

RBI has recently reduced repo rate by .25%, will this reduction in repo rate has any implication in current financial year ?

21 January 2015 Please try to understand the Indian Economy as the Dynamic Continuous Process. There are cascading effects which take its own time to show the results of effects. Dont try to restrict your attention only to current financial year... It may or may not....one result the economy has shown imediately and that is Stock market zoomed by 150 nifty points on the news of reduction in repo rate

Will the banks reduce interest rate on C/C and Term Loan which they are charging now ?if yes, when they will step forward to do that.
