Rectified income tax return for a.y 2010-11 and 2011-12

I want to know the procedure that i have followed for rectified my A.Y 2010-11 and A.Y 2011-12 returns Manually ?
Also need to know whether it is possible to rectified the above returns in A.Y 2015-16?
Pls being helpful to me as early as possible

Time period of filing the revised return: As per section 139(5), the revised return can be filed before the expiry of one year from the end of the relevant assessment year or before the completion of assessment, whichever is earlier.
Therefore a return of A.Y 2011-12 can be revised till 31st March 2013 or before the completion of the assessment whichever is earlier.
So the return of both AY 2010-11 & AY 2011-12 can not be revised now.

Till complition of 4 years u can file 154 rectification
04 January 2016
But how could i fill i.e. Manually (Offline) or online through income tax site?
