Hi All,
Can the form once uploaded, be rectified By mistake I have put the due date of AGM as 30/11/09 instead of 30/09/09 in form 23AC.

Kindly re-upload your form 23AC with rectified date of AGM. Also attach a statement of rectification with form 23AC for the understanding of ROC people.

If the uploaded form is approved by MCA portal, rectification is not possible. In the cited issue, u may file 23AC afresh with an optional attachment stating the reason for doing so.
