Can the form once uploaded, be rectified By mistake I have put the due date of AGM as 30/11/09 instead of 30/09/09 in form 23AC.

22 February 2010 Kindly re-upload your form 23AC with rectified date of AGM. Also attach a statement of rectification with form 23AC for the understanding of ROC people.

There is no need to worry.

22 February 2010 If the uploaded form is approved by MCA portal, rectification is not possible. In the cited issue, u may file 23AC afresh with an optional attachment stating the reason for doing so.
