I urgently need the format of reconstution partnership deed in case of death of a partner. Adding a partner legal hier of dead partner. Could you please help me out. Plz. send to my mail id dpsingh2166@gmail.com

nothing extra needs to be done.
1. write down the name of the partners who are existing partner inc. deceased partner
2. then write down the firm registered date and object .
3. include a clause that the deceased person is replaced with the legal heir.
rest witness clause remains the same.
