Till which date/time rechecking of papers are allowed with late fees?

there is no provision for late fees. you have to submit the application within the dates declared.
last date for Finals is 14 Feb and for IPCE 28 Feb

timmings they ahvent mentioned only dates as given above is mentioned.

it is general practice that where only date is mentioned it applies till midnight..
