Sir,
Kindly let us know liability of recepiant.
1- which service providers are not covered in service tax limit but as service recepiant, we have to deposit there service tax. (Advocate service)
Query- How can we get the input (cenvat credit)
for return - what is the procedure.?

Hi Vivek,
For Detail on Reverse Charge See Notification 30/2012 ST dated 20-06-2012.
Around 10 Category of Services are covered in the reverse Charge Mechanism.
The CENVAT can be availed via GAR-7 Challan and Return has to filled as Recipient of Service in Form ST-3.
