Received it refund but bank a/c incorrect

Dear Sir, I have filed my ITR 1 Return for the fin year 2014-15 and ITR was processed sent refund with cheque.But Bank A/c no was incorrect.So how to refund Re-issue request in our IT WEBSITE and where the Cheque was resend.pls help me

file online refund reissue request with refund sequence number and latest CPC order which will be available in your registered mail ID.
