24 August 2012 Dear sir, i fill the return of a/y 2011-2012 income-182000/ -L.I.C RS.7500/=NETT INCOME OF 174500/- But the assessing officer is intimation u/s143 less exemt income160000/-tex assess Rs,2266/-or rebate l.i.c. premiem is not release Pl. give me advise ki pahle kya karen premium ki rakam less karke tax jama karen ya aayker akhikari ke pas jaye jaye to kis treh pl, help me

25 August 2012 File a revised return if you have not calimed the LIC premium in the return and pay tex if necessary.it looks that the ITO has not considered LIC premium payment

25 August 2012 But how it is possible to file return of income without paying self assessment tax. means (182000-160000-7500=14500 @ 10.3%)

25 August 2012 Dear sir, i already filled return of A/Y 2011-2012 with claimed l.i.c premium Rs,7500/ on DATE 30/09/2012 indu.. but ignore the claime of I.T.O.& ASESS THE TAX rs,2266/-(182000-160000=22000 @10.3%)+ penelty pl,help me & give me advise that aplication move whice section of income tax act of I.T.O.FOR CLAIM OF L.I.C.PREMIUM i admit tax on Rs,14500/(22000-7500)@10.3%+ penelty pl,help me

26 August 2012 SUBMIT RECTIFICATION APPLICATION, IF CLAIM FOR LIC PREM. WAS MADE IN RETURN ORIGINALLY SUBMITTED. PAY TAX AS PER RETURN AND INTEREST THEREON.
