I HAD SPENT RS.3.15 LAC OF CANCER DESEASE OF MY DEPENDENT MOTHER DURING THE MONTH OF JANUARY 2014.
I WANT TO KNOW AMOUNT OF REBATE AND UNDER WHICH SECTION.

You may refer Section 80DDB and Rule 11DD in this regard. You can get maximum deduction of rs 60000/- in case your mother is a senior citizen (Age 60 years or more)
