What exactly we get from excise in export under rebate claim. I have seen in some cases where cash refunds are given by excise. Is it kind of incentive excise gives us.

It is a kind of incentive for export.. rebate is nothing but the duty paid on the exported goods which is given back by the Excise dept in CASH.

What is Excise Rebate/Refund on Exports?
