Rebate against group mediclaim policy

Hi expert, I'm working in private Ltd company. My company deducting Rs.500 p.m. from my salary as group mediclaim policy and company is also contributes Rs. 225 for that. Now I want to know, am I eligible under section 80d for contributed amount by me? This mediclaim policy of national insurance. Thanks
