Reason for low result of cma

Dear Experts
can anybody help me know any trand reason for very low result of CMA exam held in June 2014.

As per my opinion there may be 2 reasons for such low result:
1. Institute want to control the pass percentage just like ICAI and ICSI keeping in view the demand of CMA in market.
2. Relatively low performance of students in exam.
I hope result will improve next time.
