Is rearing of Chicks are covered under service tax or not

Covered under service tax provided it is a service rendered to others and it exceeds thresh hold limit.

Sir as per section 65B(3) of service tax all the rearing process except horses are covered under agricultural income and agricultural income are covered under negative list under section 66d. sir request to you please provide the details with notification
