27 January 2013 plz tell me the procedure to commence a sole propreitorship firm providing real estate services.... do i want to apply for Service Tax number before starting the firm......?

27 January 2013 No, You need not to apply for service tax registration until your receipt reach to 9 lakhs. and service tax payable when your taxable amount reach more than 10 lakhs.
