Who will pay Service tax if the builder/ developer sells a ready to occupy Flat ( OC Recd )to the Buyer.

IT IS EXEMPTED FULLY TO BUYERS.
BUYER CAN NOT PAY S TAX AFTER BUYING OF TAKE COMPLETION CERTIFICATE FROM BUILDERS
BUILDER CAN TAKE COMPLETION CERTIFICATE FROM MUNICIPALITY OR CORPORATION OR GRAM PANCHYAT ENGINEER.
