Sir, i had registered myself for IPCC on Jan 2009. I cleared my group 1 in Nov 2012 attempt. My attempt for group 2 comes in MAY 2013. Please tell me if i need to re-register myself. What will be the consequences if don't?

Yes, you have to re-validate your registration because you registration expired on Jan'13 otherwise you are not eligible for May'13 exams. For more and clear details please read the announcement by ICAI on 7th Feb'13 at www.icai.org.
