08 August 2015 If I download form 103 from ICAI websites and sign by new employer then I will not get new Identity card as sign by new employer. so, there will be any problem?? pls help me.

08 August 2015 No identity card issued by icai only once at the time of first registation..

20 July 2025 Hey! About your query on re-registration of articleship and Form 103:

Form 103 is used to intimate change of principal (i.e., new employer) during articleship to ICAI.
Once you submit Form 103 duly signed by the new principal, ICAI updates your records.
You will not get a new identity card just because you changed employer; the original articleship registration number remains the same.
This is not a problem at all—your identity card continues to be valid throughout your articleship period regardless of change in principal.
Just ensure Form 103 is submitted on time with proper signatures, so your new employer details are recorded.
Keep a copy of the acknowledgment or confirmation from ICAI for your records.
So, no worries—no fresh ID card needed, and no issues in continuation of your articleship.
