I have taken termination of my articles after a period of one year six months with the consent of my principal. I sent form no.109 to the institute almost 15 days ago. still i did not get any letter from the institute regarding the acceptance of my termination. can i join in another firm and follow the procedure for re-registration before i get any intimation from the institue?

sorry friend. You are required to take ICAI approval before submitting Form 109. without approval you can neither submit Form 109 or file Form 103 for new registration

yes it is allowed as u do not have to wait for icai reply...file form 103 and register with other ca firm. all the best

dear tushar, he has alreayd completed 18 months (1 year and 6 months). once the first year is over, you need ICAI approval first.
