Please let me know that if we take termination of articleship from one firm should we re register within 3 months elsewhere for articleship?
And if we dont re-register within 3 months,do we have to restart our articleship afresh?

there is no such provision to re-register within 3 months .

18 December 2008
Your articleship will be extended by that period.
